摘要

近年来,随着物联网、5G等各种应用的发展,出现了频率紧密性。因此,对准毫米波波段以外的技术发展有需求。我们提出了一种用于准毫米波应用的方形金属环微带天线。该天线采用方形金属环来提高和控制绝对增益。通过电磁场分析可以清楚地看到,当采用方形金属环的天线配置改变衬底厚度时,增益可以在24GHz频段从6.9 dBi逐步控制到9.5 dBi。
