摘要

随着电力系统的发展和电力市场的兴起,电网的运行比以往更接近极限。电力系统级联故障的安全可靠性评估是十分重要和必要的。然而,如果考虑多个故障,则不可能对系统故障场景进行全面评估。本文首先提出了一种基于级联故障的系统风险评估方法。该方法将级联故障的发生概率与其对电力系统的破坏程度联系起来。还考虑了负载条件、母线电压变化和线路流量。其次,根据系统风险评估结果对基于级联故障的故障场景进行筛选和选择;最后,以山西太原220kV电力系统为例,对该技术进行了分析。
