Improvement in procurement operation means increasing efficiency in procurement, decreasing of manual processes, increasing self-service tools and reducing changes of order. The transformation aspect consists of three categories: process, technology and people. As qualitative research, data were collected by in-depth interviews with some experts in the procurement from internal Telkomsel as primary data, complemented by observation and secondary data collection. The results confirmed that all aspects (process, technology and people) are important elements in procurement business transformation.
