Measurement of intensity distribution of radiation in a laser beam by shear mechanism
The method of measuring of the intensity distribution by knife-edge is proposed. The algorithm and program for handling of the signal from receiver are developed. By using the MATLAB to carry out the simulation analysis, the method is proved that it can accurately recover the complicated energy distribution.
