In ensuring the premise of reliability and safety, the model of economic analysis is proposed to the purpose of optimal cost. 摘要

世界各国的核电发展趋势已转向在保证安全可靠的前提下,尽可能延长核电站的使用寿命,而不是新建核电站。为了达到延长寿命的目标,核电站都非常重视关键设备的生命周期管理。LEA是关键设备生命周期管理的核心,是通过优化关键设备决策流程,提高关键设备可用性,实现生命价值最大化和长周期收益的分析策略。本文给出了如何计算LEA所涉及的经济指标。在保证可靠性和安全性的前提下,以成本最优为目标,提出了经济分析模型。最后,在经济分析模型的基础上,对核电厂设备生命周期管理支持系统的构建进行了研究,并给出了相应的系统设计和实例。
