Different leadership styles effect on effectiveness and performance of the organizations. Present research investigates the impact of Entrepreneurial Leadership style on Organizational Performance with reference to Rural Small Scale Engineering Industry in Pune District of India. A ten items scale developed by (Boltan 2012) was used to find leadership styles. The data were collected from one hundred and forty four (144) entrepreneurs from Rural Small Scale Engineering Industry of 13 tehsils of in Pune District of India. For statistical analysis Mean, Standard Deviation, T-Test, and Chi-square test were used.
