摘要

E类逆变器是高频领域应用最广泛的单端开关逆变器。但由于谐振网络的存在,逆变器只能在固定占空比下工作,输出电压不可调。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种与占空比无关的E类逆变器。通过求解电路方程,可以推导出谐振元件的参数。在确定的分量值下,可以得到不同占空比对应的输出电压增益。最后,搭建了一个24V输入20MHz的样机,验证了所提方法的可行性。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法能在不同占空比下保持逆变器的软开关状态,并能动态调节逆变器的输出电压。
