摘要

本文提出了短路容量(SCC)在电压稳定分析和监测中的应用。通过分析电网侧供电的SCC和负荷侧所需的临界SCC,可以定量评估电力系统的电压稳定状态。因此,利用基于scc的电压稳定指标和负荷裕度来完成电压稳定监测任务。为了在线跟踪SCC,提出了一种多源等效模型,避免了对系统状态的不切实际的假设或近似。最后,在中国的实际电力系统中实施了VSM方案,结果验证了该方法的有效性。
