The results observed the presence of a lively thought and shade about the slavery, captained by the intellectual and religious elite of Brazil at century XVII and XVIII. In the specific case of the work of Ribeiro Rocha, the influences for him received, declared or not, they show the strength power of the religious about the slavery, in his several shades.
