摘要

发展服务型制造是世界制造业发展的新趋势，其顺利推进离不开高层次信息的有效支持。本文首先通过文献研究，对服务型制造信息系统的概念进行了界定;通过与传统制造模式的比较，分析了系统的主要功能特点和性能需求，构建了信息系统的基本架构，为企业管理者的IT规划提供了科学、可操作的框架。最后提出了该系统今后学术研究的重点。
