摘要

针对大地震需要多部门协同处置的特点,本文基于GIS技术、计算机技术、现代通信技术,设计了一个地震应急系统多用户会诊仿真系统,重点设计了基于通用操作图片的绘图协调、文字协调和文件协调。为研究雅安芦山地震,研制了一个原型系统。实验结果表明,该协同会诊系统在广域网环境下运行平稳、高效。
