The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City using value for money. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method of data collection is with documentation. The population in this study is the budget realization report of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City, and the sample is the 2018 2019 and 2020 budget realization report. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the data analysis method using descriptive statistics. The results in this study indicate that the performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) City of Probolinggo in terms of economic elements, efficiency and effectiveness have not met the requirements for value for money. 本研究在 PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo市进行。本研究的目的是衡量 PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City 的绩效。本研究为定量描述性研究。数据收集方法为文献法。本研究的研究对象是PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo市的预算实现报告，样本为2018年、2019年和2020年的预算实现报告。采用的抽样技术为目的性抽样，数据分析方法为描述性统计。研究结果表明，PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo市在经济要素、效率和效益方面没有达到物有所值的要求。这表现在2018-2020年获得的比率、效率和效果的平均值结果小于100%，或者没有达到经济、效率和效果的标准。
