In order to achieve the desired results and outcomes in educational institutions in a definite timeframe, valuable policies, capabilities and values need to be implemented. For creating a sustainable organizational environment, the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has been developed for supportive and cooperative interaction and relationship between the employer and employee by cooperating with each other for effective running of the schools. The current study is aimed to investigate the relationship between HRM practices and OCB in higher secondary schools in Dir Lower& Upper. This study is quantitative in nature and data was collected through closed ended questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed with person correlation techniques. 摘要

当前的技术和全球化趋势促使人力资源管理实践采取优化战略来应对教育机构面临的挑战。为了在规定的时间内实现教育机构的预期结果和成果,需要实施有价值的政策、能力和价值观。为了创造可持续的组织环境,组织公民行为(OCB)被发展为雇主与雇员之间相互支持和合作的互动和关系,通过相互合作来有效地运行学校。本研究旨在调查Dir Lower& Upper高中人力资源管理实践与组织公民行为之间的关系。本研究为定量研究,数据采用封闭式问卷方式收集。采用人相关技术对收集的数据进行分析。研究发现,巴基斯坦高中人力资源管理实践与组织公民行为之间存在显著的关系,结果进一步说明绩效考核与组织公民行为之间存在较高的关系,而其他实践与组织公民行为之间存在较低的关系。根据现有文献进行讨论后,为教育机构和政策制定者制定了建议。
