摘要

本文运用EView软件分析了欧洲主权债务危机对中国房地产市场的影响。本文首先分析了欧元区危机的原因。本文采用多元回归分析方法确定了欧洲主权债务危机对中国房地产市场的影响。利用Thomson Reuters数据库和其他数据库,得到2005 - 2011年房地产市场的投资和相关外生变量。Chow检验结果表明,危机发生时存在结构性断点,证实了负外部性对中国房地产市场的影响。
