摘要

采用戊巴比妥钠致实验性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)家兔40只，给予心复宁IV (XFN IV)治疗，测定家兔血浆心房利钠因子(ANF)水平及心房组织ANF水平。结果显示，XFN - IV可使CHF家兔的ANF水平升高。结果表明，XFN IV能改善心脏内分泌功能，对CHF也有较好的疗效。
