Towards Performance Evaluation of Requests Satisfaction System in the Cloud Environment

The requested Cloud services must be managed effectively according to the relevant needs of the user. For that, a performance evaluation using a formal model is necessary in order to make a judicious satisfaction of the user request, To better manage and to guarantee a good quality of the service (QoS). This paper represents a performance evaluation model using an open Jackson network for a request satisfaction system in the IaaS Cloud environment. The response time and the utilization are obtained using the rules of the open Jackson network. These performance parameters are used to quantity the Availability and the Elasticity of the IaaS Cloud. Inclusive simulations are performed to support the proposed model.
