The simulation results show that the electrical control system of the CNC machine tool has good dynamic and static response characteristics. Under the interference of external loads, the system can quickly recover and stabilize. 摘要

根据矢量控制方法,建立了数控机床电气控制系统在异步电动机定子坐标系下的数学模型,并利用MATLAB/Simulink模型库建立了以转子磁场为导向的矢量控制系统的仿真模型。在负载条件下对控制系统进行了动态仿真。仿真结果表明,该数控机床电气控制系统具有良好的动、静态响应特性。在外部负载的干扰下,系统能快速恢复稳定。仿真结果符合数控机床电气控制系统的实际工作特点,为实现数控机床主轴变频调速的硬件和软件提供了理论依据。
