For this, this paper aimed at measuring job satisfaction and its influence factors. This paper employed the national survey data on Chinese science and technology workers. The assessment structure of S&T workers' job satisfaction is China is composed of 15 dimensions. This paper introduced the concept of science and technology workers, the situation and characteristics of Chinese S&T workers' job satisfaction, and used multi-nominal logistic model to analyze 8 impact factors.
