For this, this paper aimed at measuring job satisfaction and its influence factors. This paper employed the national survey data on Chinese science and technology workers. The assessment structure of S&T workers' job satisfaction is China is composed of 15 dimensions. This paper introduced the concept of science and technology workers, the situation and characteristics of Chinese S&T workers' job satisfaction, and used multi-nominal logistic model to analyze 8 impact factors. 摘要

中国在调动科技工作者的积极性方面面临着严峻的挑战。为此,本文旨在测量工作满意度及其影响因素。本文采用了全国科技工作者调查数据。中国科技工作者工作满意度的评估结构由15个维度组成。本文介绍了科技工作者的概念、我国科技工作者工作满意度的现状和特点,并运用多名义logistic模型对8个影响因素进行了分析。统计结果表明:在工作满意度方面,科技工作者个体差异显著;科技工作者学术能力差异对工作满意度有显著影响;并对其研究状况和现状产生了重大影响。
