Extension of the Measurement-Based Gain Model for non-Flat WDM Inputs and various pump currents
We extend our measurement-based model to accurately predict the gain of an EDFA for arbitrary input spectrum to the case of arbitrary pump currents with low root-mean square error and no extra training data and then, we analyze its accuracy against numerical simulations and experiments.
