We have presented a procedure to find a range of controller values for stable operation of the system while maintaining the desired frequency. These wide range of controller variations will give flexibility to the operator to choose a set of controller values according to the need of the load demand from the power system. The effectiveness of the proposed method is presented through a set of results considering standard models from the existing literature.
