At low concentrations, acrylates and methacrylates++ have been found to produce not only systemic toxic, but embryotoxic effects. Manufacture of methacrylic++ and acrylic acids and monomers yields waste gases and waters that contain various acrylic compounds as impurities. The sewage treatment system introduced prevents the pollution of reservoirs with these compounds. High concentrations of acrylates and methacrylates are recorded in the sources of waste gases.
