摘要

本文提出了一种用于食品质量检测的新型无线传感器。主要思想是利用物体的物理读取范围与介电常数之间的关系,将传感能力集成到超高频RFID标签中。通过实验表征了解食品介电常数随时间的函数变化,通过设计的传感标签测量读数范围,可以检测出食品不适合食用的污染时间。设计了一种低成本的超高频RFID无源传感器,并对超市相同储存条件下的牛肉进行了实验测试。实验和模拟结果之间的趋势一致显示了该技术在食品可追溯性方面的实际应用潜力。
