摘要

本文提出了电网计算中二次回路效应考虑问题的解决方法。对直接从工厂获取的有关一次和二次设备故障的统计运行数据进行了分析。分析结果表明,在可靠性计算中考虑继电保护和自动化是合理的。在统计数据的基础上,建立了应用概率方法和经典可靠性理论求解初等变电站回路可靠性评估问题的模型。考虑了可靠性计算方法在真实分支网络条件下应用的基本问题,并对该方法的重要性和进一步发展进行了评价。
