In order to investigate the evidences of efficacy of internet-based CBT among adolescents, a systematic review was conducted, while using the Prisma method, on studies published in the last five years on Academic Google, PubMed and Scielo academic data basis. The descriptors used were (“cognitive behavioral therapy” OR “CBT”) AND (“internet” OR “online”). After analysis and application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, 14 studies were selected. No research was found in the Brazilian context. Participants from the selected studies presented significant reductions on symptoms after the interventions; furthermore, half of the publications pointed out that significant percentages of adolescents were recovered or in remission of a psychological disorder.
