Based on the data obtained it can be concluded that the teachers/ lecturers who inspire (tertiary) students are those who have the unambiguous characteristics of English teachers both characteristics and competencies. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨大学生对激励他们的老师/讲师的反对意见。本研究详细阐述了两个班的英语语言学习计划作为受访者。数据使用了一份包含几个问题的问卷,这些问题阐述了教师的特点,可以给学生带来灵感。本研究采用调查设计。根据所获得的数据,可以得出结论,激励(大专)学生的教师/讲师是那些具有英语教师特征和能力的明确特征的教师。他们能够发展概念/提供材料,鼓励学生轻松理解材料,使课堂学习过程充满幽默的气氛,使学生开怀大笑,精神焕发,并提出建议。
