And then, this paper established compensation models between measured temperature parameters and thermal error parameters using PSO-BP neural network. Finally, a thermal compensation controller that was used to implement error compensation was developed. The thermal compensation controller hardware and simulation result were given. 摘要

为了减小热误差,提高数控机床的加工精度,热误差补偿是一种有效的方法。本文以GMC4000H/2加工中心为研究对象,重点研究机床热补偿技术。首先介绍了机床热变形误差的检测方法。然后,利用PSO-BP神经网络建立了实测温度参数与热误差参数之间的补偿模型。最后,设计了一种用于误差补偿的热补偿控制器。给出了热补偿控制器的硬件设计和仿真结果。仿真实验表明,PSOBP神经网络将模型精度从93μm提高到13μm,且模型具有良好的补偿和拟合性能。
