The ontology allows to structure and organize such in-formation for later use in the process of evaluating the performance of an institution. The general ontology is represented by a system of interconnected components, each allowing to de-scribe the relevant subprocess within both the activity of the institution itself and the process of its evaluation by external organizations and ministries. The elements of all the compo-nents of the ontology system are described.
