摘要

本研究的目的是:a)基于近6年的实证研究，确定信息系统对绩效的影响;b)基于近6年的实证研究，确定动机对绩效的影响。文章数据源的搜索方法是通过GARUDA数据库(2017-2022)检索印尼语发表的相关文章。使用摘要文献综述或研究期刊文本对与信息系统和绩效动机相关的关键术语和短语进行审查，然后根据标准纳入审查。根据过去6年对22种期刊的审查结果，结果表明，对22种研究期刊的审查结果中有5种期刊认为信息系统没有影响，17种期刊认为有影响，然后对22种研究期刊的审查结果发现2种期刊认为动机没有影响，20种期刊认为有影响。
