The research which was conducted from September to December 2021 at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency of Majene Regency was a research with a quantitative approach. The population taken is all employees, totaling 50 people. Because the population does not exceed 100 people, so the sample from the study is the entire population. The research was analyzed using SPSS. 摘要

本研究旨在:1)描述技能对人事与人力资源授权办公室员工绩效的影响;2)描述人事与人力资源授权办公室设施对员工绩效的影响;3)解释哪些变量对人事与人力资源授权办公室员工绩效的主要影响。该研究于2021年9月至12月在马杰内省人事和人力资源授权机构办公室进行,是一项采用定量方法的研究。所取的人口是所有雇员,总共50人。因为总体不超过100人,所以研究的样本是整个总体。本研究采用SPSS进行分析。结果表明:1)技能对马津县人事和人力资源授权机构员工绩效有显著影响;2)设施对马津县公务员和人力资源授权机构员工绩效有显著影响;3)优势设施对马津县人事和人力资源授权机构员工绩效有显著影响。
