By CT examination 19 cases were diagnosed hemorrhagic, 17 cases ischemic; while by syndrome differentiation of TCM 16 cases belonged to Zhongzangfu(middle internal organs), 20 cases Zhongjingluo (middle channels). Results showed that the malondialdehyde generation by platelets was reduced, TXB2 in poor platelet plasma increased in patients, compared with those in the healthy controls. This finding was common in stroke during acute stage and was not related to diagnostic classes by either CT examination or syndrome differentiation of TCM. 摘要

对36例脑卒中急性期血小板丙二醛生成及不良血小板血浆TXB2进行了检测。CT检查诊断出出血19例,缺血17例;中医辨证分型中脏腑16例,中经络20例。结果显示,与健康对照组相比,患者血小板生成丙二醛减少,血小板差血浆中TXB2升高。这一发现在中风急性期较为常见,与CT检查和中医辨证分型无关。本研究提示维持正常血小板功能可能对脑血管疾病的预防和治疗具有重要意义。
