摘要

在隔离器的自动装配线上,断路器外壳的上盖和底座由分离站分开。如果上盖与底座放置距离过远或放置方向相反,则分离站无法正常分离,并且会影响后续工序的正常操作。本文提出了一种断路器外壳的机器视觉识别检测系统。通过CCD摄像机采集断路器外壳的图像。利用图像处理技术对断路器外壳的原始图像进行边缘检测和特征提取。采用凸包算法计算旋转角度。然后利用最小二乘法计算出最大圆的圆心位置,并根据圆心象限确定上盖和底座。
