In this respect, this paper examines the issue of energy flow of these systems in a probabilistic context in the presence of energy responsive programs. Responsive energy programs are provided by system operator of multi-carrier energy to manage these networks where energy customers can participate in it. The probabilistic method used is 2m + 1 point estimation method, which has high speed and high accuracy.
