STATISTICAL ANALYSIS BASED ON ANNUAL CONSUMPTION OF BEEKEEPING IN MUŞ

The aim of this study is to examine the beekeeping activity potential of Muş province based on consumer analysis. In this context, the annual amount of honey consumed by the people in the center and surrounding districts of Muş was analyzed. In addition, the factors affecting the annual honey consumption were determined. In order to achieve realistic results, a survey was created for consumers and appropriate parameters were determined. Then, the criteria needed for the evaluation of the parameters were set and appropriate question forms were determined for better analysis of the criteria. Statistical analysis based on the results of the survey was made and main and auxiliary criteria were determined for various examinations. In the study, it was found appropriate to conduct two independent studies, such as the general analysis of the consumption of bee products and the determination of the role of Muş province in beekeeping. As a result of the survey conducted on 150 people in Muş province and surrounding districts, it was determined that 136 people consumed honey. As a result of the examination, it has been revealed that there are many factors affecting the annual consumption of bee products in Muş province. According to the statistical results, it was determined that the factors affecting the annual consumption of bee products are monthly income, education status, while other factors are age, occupation and marital status. SPSS and MATLAB programs were used in this study for statistical analysis. In the analysis phase to determine the relationships, properties and shapes between the criteria, different mathematical models were examined based on personal explanation and comparisons were made between these models. The results of the analysis of the factors affecting the annual honey consumption are shown in the tables and graphics.
