The system includes high voltage dividers, current transformers, an oscilloscope, and a laptop to run software. The high voltage divider is based on a series configuration of high and low resistivity resistors made from de-ionized water. The current transformers used represent standard devices. The process to measure pulsed parameters consists of timed linear gating of the signals, calculating average signal amplitude, graphically displaying data, and storing data for later analysis. The acquisition and processing software is built in the LabVIEW environment.
