The simulation model of the linear motor was built by finite element method. Base on the model, the no-load field map and each point of the magnetic density waveform changes were provided. Combination of finite element method and iron loss calculation model which proposed in this paper, the more accurate core loss of tubular PMLM was obtained and the influence of the speed on the stator core loss was discussed. Primary Iron Loss Analysis on Tubular Permanent Magnet Linear Motor
This paper proposed a precise tubular permanent magnet linear motor(PMLM) iron loss calculation model, in which the effect of the motor primary structure and harmonic were taken into account.
