Researched the variants of automation production for the effective control of complex combined production. Automation of technological system ≪Gas nitriding — recycling processes≫ increases the efficiency of production of strengthened engineering products, nitriles and ammonium hydroxide, the use of hydrogen as a fuel. The program implementation of the electroautomatics system is capable of quick changeover and change of control algorithms. Analysis of the process model and obtaining the operator formulas formalizes and facilitates the programmable logic controller programming and eliminates the possibility of errors in the programs. In the case of the accidental release of ammonia or mixtures of ammonia, hydrogen and nitrogen provided neutralize the toxic ammonia. Neutralization of toxic ammonia is achieved by the use of sprinkler system.
