摘要

员工在提高PT. XYZ的产量方面起着重要的作用。劳动的贡献被解释为由此产生的生产率。因此,了解哪些变量会影响劳动生产率是很重要的。本研究采用工作纪律变量来考察其对员工生产力的影响。结果发现,工作纪律对员工生产力有显著的正向影响,影响率为66.70%。受本案例未包括的其他变量影响的可能性为33.30%。
