摘要

本文建立了综合能源系统的容量规划与运行优化模型。以综合能源系统全生命周期经济成本最低为优化目标,考虑物料平衡和能量平衡约束,实现典型周内设备功率小时调度优化;在运行调度的基础上,选择经典粒子群优化算法作为求解双层模型的方法,对求解结果进行分析,并将经济成本最低的期望回归到上层遗传算法中寻找最优容量分配,从而实现两阶段一体化随机优化策略。
