摘要

将多信号模型引入到包括数字器件和模拟器件在内的电路板故障诊断中。基于多信号模型的Dr. Deb实时诊断算法,由于采样的测试信号可能受到噪声的干扰,会产生虚警,导致诊断结果冲突。通过引入故障置信度因子,提出了一种改进算法,并将其应用于USB-GPIB接口电路的故障诊断。结果表明,该方法操作简便,诊断精度高,适用于电路板故障诊断。
