In order to enable the methodology to deal with linguistic variables, 2-Tuple linguistic-based SAW-VIKOR techniques are suggested for this problem. 摘要

随着城市人口的不断增长,城市物流成为城市发展的重要课题。城市交通作为城市物流的一个子类,与城市居民有着巨大的联系;因此,需要根据居民的需求进行评估,以实现可持续和高效的过程。最后一英里配送是城市地区微观层面的运输业务,也是影响居民生活的另一个关键领域。为了提高其效率,创建持久的城市,本文重点研究了最后一英里配送区域的选择问题。选择是一个多标准决策(MCDM)过程。为了使该方法能够处理语言变量,提出了基于二元组语言的SAW-VIKOR技术。为了验证所建议方法的有效性,本文以土耳其一家货运公司为例进行了研究。
