Due to professionalism and time constraints, the military software testing task brings many challenges to the validity and reliability of the testing results for the testing industry. The large amount of historical test data accumulated by the testing institution contains rich test experience and domain knowledge, which have not been used effectively to meet these challenges. Given great importance to knowledge for software testing, using semantic web technologies, an ontology-based knowledge base system and its technical implementation scheme are introduced to military domain, which is an effective means to support knowledge representation, processing, storage and retrieval.
