The development work involves selection of frequency band, defining the RoF system specification, link budget analysis, RAU and ODU/IDU transceiver design and measurement of the complete downlink and uplink transmission system. Band 5 LTE FDD signal source was used to carry high-definition video for the downlink and uplink transmission which propagates at LMCS frequency band.
