摘要

为了实现管板焊接的在线质量检测,本文建立了一种基于视觉的质量检测系统来实现缺陷检测。并对图像处理作为检测系统的重要组成部分进行了深入的研究。图像处理算法包括预处理和缺陷检测两部分。图像预处理包括中值滤波、大津分割、形态学运算、感兴趣区域和区域平滑。在缺陷检测部分,利用管材的总强度来判断是否存在缺陷,准确确定缺陷的位置。实验结果表明,该图像处理方法具有较高的可靠性和鲁棒性,可以广泛应用。
