Many RTU panels failed to connect to PLN SCADA's system. One reason is the decrease in the supply voltage of the RTU panel. PLN carries out maintenance to handle that. To increase the productivity of maintaining the problem by PLN, We made a prototype monitor RTU panel supply in mobile and real-time based on internet of thing(IoT). The device performs data acquisition of Alternating Current(AC) voltage supply, Direct Current(DC) voltage supply in adapter and battery, test the condition of the RTU panel supply battery with the android application as GUI (Graphic User Interface). The android application can also show RTU panel locations and routes.
