摘要

随着高性能信息通信技术(ICT)设备的广泛普及,网络领域的功耗已成为一个首要问题。本文以数据传输为研究对象,从数据传输过程中的功率效率角度提出了一种新的实现模型。在不影响数据传输吞吐量的前提下,通过组件间的协调和对高能效组件的流量驱动控制,可以实现显著的节能。实验结果验证了该实现模型的可行性,并表明采用该实现模型可以比传统的基于单个组件的方法节省更多的功率。

Implementation model for end hosts to achieve power-efficient data transmission
