In this paper, a hybrid system is built in order to solve a big problem that the voltage will drop when PEM fuel cell current increases: the fuel cell is used to supply the rated power to the load, a Lithium battery will supply peak power that the load demands, meanwhile, the fuel cell will charge the battery when the battery voltage is low during the light load condition. A DC/DC converter is to maintain the overall voltage to constant and serve the load properly. 摘要

提出了一种燃料电池与电池混合动力系统的动态控制方法,以满足频繁变化的负荷。为了解决PEM燃料电池电流增大时电压下降的大问题,本文构建了一种混合动力系统:燃料电池向负载提供额定功率,锂电池提供负载所需的峰值功率,同时在轻载情况下,燃料电池在电池电压较低时对电池进行充电。DC/DC变换器的作用是保持总电压恒定,为负载服务。在本系统中,主要控制原理如下:(1)当燃料电池能够承受负载时,只有燃料电池通过DC/DC给负载供电,必要时对电池进行充电;(2)当负载超出燃料电池的功率范围时,电池将自动为负载提供动力。
