An algorithm is designed for scheduling of a house loads as heating ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC), electric water pump (EWP), and electric water heater (EWH) with the supplies of PV system and utility under demand response (DR) with the help of particle swarm optimization (PSO) method in MATLAB environment. There is also considered an interruption in the algorithm. This algorithm is capable to reduce electricity bill of a house, peaks of the utility loads as well as carbon in the environment.
