A true random number generator (TRNG) based on an autonomous Boolean network with small number of nodes is present. Via adding a time delay self-feedback circuit to increase the circuit delay, the autonomous Boolean network with small number of nodes can be served as a chaotic oscillator of TRNG. Few logic elements are needed in this circuit.
