The sample in this study were accounting students of the University of Muhammadiyah Riau force 2016 who took courses in management accounting and management control systems. Based on the results of hypothesis testing conducted using an independent sample t-test, it was found that managers who have superiors who have intellectual stimulation and contingency reward  will be free to express their problems to superiors (psychological safety) compared to managers who have superiors with an inspirational motivation and MBE Active style. 摘要

本研究采用2 × 2的被试实验设计,比较变革型领导风格(智力刺激和激励激励)和交易型领导风格(权变奖励和MBE主动)对被试心理安全的影响。本研究的样本是2016年就读于廖内穆罕默德迪亚大学(University of Muhammadiyah Riau)的会计专业学生,他们学习了管理会计和管理控制系统课程。采用独立样本t检验进行假设检验的结果发现,拥有智力激励和权变奖励的上司的管理者比拥有激励激励和MBE积极风格的上司的管理者更愿意向上司自由表达自己的问题(心理安全)。本研究的结果有望提高管理者和公司所有员工的心理安全,使他们能够毫无恐惧和焦虑地表达自己的问题,从而实现公司的目标。
