作者利用扫描显微镜,从病理病变发展动力学的角度,对一个复发性变应性脑脊髓炎模型的中枢神经系统组织形态学关系进行了观察,发现该过程可能主要发生在下丘脑结构水平,从而导致代谢高级调节机制的紊乱。传导系统脱髓鞘是上述病理的部分表现,是通过扰乱毛细血管-神经胶质-神经元形态功能系统的统一性来实现的。
